Dr. Peter Vaccaro
was born in New York City. He attended medical school at the Albert Einstein College of medicine. He did his post graduate
training at the Bronx Municipal hospital center in New York.
He taught in several inner city hospitals; Brookdale Hospital
in Bedford Styvesant, and Montefiore-North Central Bronx hospital. He has been in private practice in Whitestone, New York
for twenty years.
Dr. Vaccaro recently founded Life Pediatrics in Manhattan. He incorporates traditional medical practices
with Holistic approaches. His particular interests include organic nutrition, education on exercise, meditation, and energy
healing. His main philosophy is to "first do no harm".
He is a member of the pediatric faculty of both New York University
Medical College and Columbia University.
